What Is Their “Fking” Problem Anyway?

After a long day in the hot sun a disabled man sat down on a bench to rest. A targeted harasser immediately came up and began an intimidation tactic as if they were illegally filming him with their camera phone. Becuz no phone cameras have privacy covers this harassment has been going on for at least 2and a half years. Here is the picture of the person committing harassment. The phone companies have to offer phones with privacy covers over their cameras, it is a crime to intimidate and harass disabled people. As far as I can guesstimate this disabled man has been bullied in this way over 7,000 times in two years in the canadian public by at least 7,000 different individuals all seeming of the same mind. Additional: As well the 7,000plus harassers do not ever seem interested in seeming to secretly film “wallflowers” that is if a harasser walks into a room or restauranr with 20 other people they dont seem to “scan” the room trying to photograph the “other” people. It is almost unheard of them to wave their phones around at all the others. It does seem very targeted at just one disabled man. Like i said the phone manufacturers building phones with privacy covers over their built in cameras would 100% clear up this extensive harassment problem.
